Post by MehtaRahulC » Fri Oct 06, 2017 3:38 am

Dear all,
.
can anyone give links to LAW-DRAFTS that RSS-leaders and RSS-workers have proposed to free Hindu temples from Govt control?
.
Or is that --- mighty RSS, with over 40 lakh workers and over 280 MPs , over 2000 MLAs, 1000s of corporporators, and 10000s of leaders has proposed NO law-draft to end govt control over Hindu temples?
.
WHY NOT? Dont know how to write? Dont have niyaat (intenstion) to write law to end govt control over temples?
.
(RSS = BJP , just as Shaktimaan = Gangadhar).
.
-----
.
Many say that "no new law is needed ... only Hindus should change". This is UTTER NONSENSE
.
In 1910s, British had taken control over Golden Temple by installing puppet Mahants in Golden temples as heads. When Sikhs decided to take over Golden Temple in 1920s, they ransacked it and physically occupied it in 1924-1925. 100s of Sikhs and 10s of British policemen died. But Sikhs immidiately realized that in asbence of LAW-DRAFT, the temple will fall back into hands of British, puppet Mahants and Sikh Kings who were puppets of British. So one of the FIRST thing they demanded was SGPC Act, and it was passed by British (against wish of British). And in SGPC act, they demanded that temple Heads must be elected !!! Thats how Sikhism started rebuilding its strength.
.
Same is situation today.
.
Hindus better realize that a NEW LAW-DRAFT is MUST MUST and MUST. There is NO solution within existing law-drafts. RSS-leaders are LIARS. They keep insisting that Hindus must NOT have elected bodies over their own temples and must find solution within EXISTING laws . And Hindus MUST not demand new law to manage temples. If Hindus fall in this trap, then RSS-leaders will simply devor all temple wealth
.
So I request ALL Hindu activists to decide which LAW DRAFT they need / support to end govt control over temples asap. And pls ask local RSS-leaders to support the law-drafts that you have decided to support. And that will show their true colors to you.
.

And the cadre on the ground, who are most at risk of repercussions from the unholy CPM regime, likely know and appreciate this fact. Discretion is the better part of valour. But when discretion doesn't work - and it can't with totalatarianopponents like communists or islamists, then I like this approach of going open, strong and in-your-face. Kudos to Amit Shah and the Yogi. And of course, to the 1000s of party workers and even spectators who have risked quite a bit by coming into the open like this. Only.
.
You might want to meet family members of VHP-activists who are now in prison for their role in 2002 riots. And also might want to meet VHP workers who ended up spending years and years in prison for their role in riots.
.
They are all living in dire poverty. And RSS leaders collected HUGE votes for their hard and risky work of 2002 riots. And all these RSS leaders are rolling in gold. And VHP workers who did real sacrifice are mostly rotting in poverty or just surviving along with their family members.
.
This a pattern across India. RSS-leaders used VHP activists and Bajrang Dal activists as foot soldiers. And when RSS leaders become Ministers, these foot soldiers are left to rot in hell.

Two RSS leaders namely Modiji and Jetleyji work overtime to print eway bill laws. And another RSS leader Parriker comes at 11th hour to oppose it !!!
.
What is this drama? Whom do they want to impress?
Eway bills will bring back checkpoints at Borders and restart corruption and harassment

This part is what is wrong with the country.
"One of my clients wanted to declare about Rs 3.5 crore but I strongly advised against it, as it could lead to harassment in future. His son is about to get married, so I advised the client to hold a grand marriage in Turkey or somewhere and blow away all the money instead, the lawyer, who did not wish to be named, told the financial daily.

So instead of telling his clients to pay tax he is encouraging them to hide and spend the wealth. I hope he gets caught and faces the music

What i do not appreciate in the BJP is their unwillingness to act on their promises made during the election campaigns in J&K

For as long as one can recall, the BJP/ Jana Sangh opposed Art 370/Art 35A. Now that they have the necessary strength in Lok Sabha and in the J&K Assembly they are not prepared to do anything other than mouth platitudes.
1. They fail to appreciate that people who came to Jammu in 1947 from what is now Pakistan are even now after seven decades stateless with no rights for education, owning land, govt jobs, etc. Even access to ration cards is denied.
2. Women who marry non state subjects lose their rights. And if the marriage of the J&K women with a non state subject does not persist ( widowhood, divorce etc) and she returns to J&K her children are refused education, jobs, ration cards, low cost loans from the Govt. She cannot buy land for a house or any such thing. Some public spirited persons have filed suits in J&K High Court and the Supreme Court.
The disgraceful part is that both the Constitution of J&K and the Order of the erstwhile Maharaja of J&K specifically that there is to be no discrimination between men and women.
3. Safai karamcharis who were living in Jammu are denied state subject and hence education. They are reduced to eking out a living doing safai karamchari work.
The BJP Government enjoys majority to elect the President, Vice President and form the Govt in J&K. The BJP Goverment can enact laws such as GST that have for all purposes put small business at tremendous disadvantages.
However, the BJP Govt is unwilling to ensure that justice be granted to the categories of persons enumerated above.
The Deputy Chief Minister of J&K, one; Dr Nirmal Singh is on record claiming that they can undo the wrongs if they get 44 seats in the J&K Assembly.
I doubt anybody will trust them now onwards

http://www.newindianexpress.com/nation/ ... 65281.html
Singh further said,
“The Article 370 has done more harm than anything,” Singh told ANI. The BJP had set 44 plus target in last state assembly elections which the party could not achieve and got only 25 seats. If we would have got 44 plus, things would have been different,” Singh told ANI.

Exactly. Even when GST was rolled out, Karnataka was planning to have "Physical Verification (PV)" check posts to check the goods coming in and going out. The reason for this setup was obvious; bribe collection with the share of the loot going to each and every officer up the hierarchy (and to the politicos at the top of the ladder).

The Communists in WB were derailed by mass movement under Mamata-led TMC. You need sustained grassroots movements in Kerala.

There is no attention to plight of refugees of POK who don't have full citizenship rights. Modi did promise some releif to them and AFAIK, some benefits were declared. I don't know if any action was taken or not.

There are also Hindu refugees from terrorist affected Muslim majority areas in Jammu but they are a small number without much voice.

It will be impossible for BJP to get the resolutions passed in JK assembly with current coalition and current constituency structure which unfairly favours Kashmir. 370 needs 2/3 votes and kashmiri Muslims will never let it pass. Jammu and Laddakh need more seats urgently. No one can refuse it with a straight face.

35A is under court and is a low hanging fruit with good electoral gains in Jammu and Laddakh at least. A lot of Kashmir Hindu girls are married to outsiders and they will appreciate this.

Nirmal singh like many of his Jammu BJP members is more hot-air than actual work.

That why system of monthly return was created. So that B can know within 35 to 60 days whether A has actually paid rs 200 or not
.
Now if returns will be filed in 90 days, then B may have to wait for 90 to 120 to 180 days to know if A has actually paid Rs 200 or not !!
.
IOW, GST is BEYOND REPAIR. If you make return filing monthly, then small traders die. And if you make return filing quarterly, or yearly then "Missing Trader Frauds" grow which will again kill small traders big time.
.
So let sanity prevail. Pls google more on "Missing Trader Problem". Pls read Central GST Act clause-16.2.c. And pls see that GST is UNFIXABLE !! Whereever GST went, small businesses collapsed. One reason why USA has far far more mall business and small manufacturers is because USA doesnt have nonsense like GST , excise, vat, service tax and has limited sales tax. So lets kill GST (and also kill excise, service tax, vat, cst etc) and instead fix income tax and wealth tax.
The missing trader problem will occur only once, right? B will not do business with A again if A does not file his return on time.

Y Sinha criticizing modi is best thing to happen. He doesn't have good credibility in finance circle and his criticism is not taken seriously by mangoes. He presents an easy opponent to counter now since he is crying louder than congress. Congress must be taken by surprise "wtf just happened! it was supposed to be we vs modi and not him vs modi!". Sinha just stole congress's thunder.

Say there are 1000 small sellers and 10 large sellers . And say there are 1 million buyers
.
The seller can be trader and or manufacturer
.
Every year, 1 out 1000 small sellers will dupe some 1000-10000 buyers by not paying GST collected
.
And ZERO large sellers will do such duroing (they have better ways to dupe - like get land for cheap from govt, create NPA etc)
.
So ALL small sellers will lose business , because general reputation in market will become "small sellers are thiefs and likely to create missing trader problem".
.
And so within 5 to 10 years, almost all small traders / manufacturers will get wiped out.
.
------------
.
Thats why Europe has far far less small businesses than USA. Because USA doesnt VAT / GST and so missing trader problem isnt there. Whereas Europe has VAT and so buyers dont trust small sellers. Whereever GST goes, small businesses die and their businesses gets taken over by large. Thats why large business and BIKAU economists hired by them oppose wealth tax and support GST.
.
So it is NOT that A will dupe B only once. B will dupe 1000s of As before folding up. And so as a result, 100s of small people who are in business same as B , will lose reputation and business even though they personally have done NOTHING wrong.
.

.
WHOA !!!
.
On BRF, almost everyone was pro-GST !!! And here , suddenly everyone says that eWay bills, which is part of GST laws, will increase corruption etc etc !!!
.
eWay bill are worse than checkpost. Checkposts were faced when trucks moved across state border. eWay bill is needed whenever one sellers sends goods even 10 km away !!! Yes, even 10 km !!!
.
And penalties in eWay are confiscation of truck and 100% penalties and what not !!!
.
Without eWay bill, GST will collapse.
.
Because in GST, there is tendency to save 20% by creating 100% top to bottom bill-less system - no bills anwhere only kacchi chhithi (rough bills).
.
eWay bills are MUST to stop this kacchi chhithi (rough bills) sales so that sellers and buyers be forced to report sale-purchase by forcing them to show transport of goods and can thus be forced to pay GST
.
And while you critcize checkpost systems and "Physical Verification (PV)" check posts etc, pray --- how do you propose to implement eway bills and GST without such posts !!
.
So yes, if eWay bills are implemented, then manufacturers will start collapsingm particularly small ones. And if eWay bills are NOT put, then GST will collapse because buyers and sellers will move to ALL no-bill "20% less" mode of selling and buying.
.
So solution I propose is to end this GST nonsense, along with eBay bill nonsense. There should be NO tax on inter-state mobement of goods except say petrol, alcohol, tobacco and may be 10 such goods. The trucks can go thru "green channels" if they dont have any such goods and policemen can stop if they suspect that truck has one of these 10-20 taxable goods. Thats how USA works --- there is NO GST in USA and there are NO checkposts to stop trucks. Because states cannot take ANY tax on entry. Instead of bring such laws, congress / rss / aap want GST and eWay bill system !!!

refering to the J&K discussion

to the best of my knowledge Art 35A was signed into the Constitution by the then President. It has never been discussed or laid in any of the Houses of Parliament.
This by itself violates the due process of law. What of the sanctity of law or supremacy of Parliament?
Are these moot terms (jumlas in present day usage) to be bandied about when it suits the user.
To undo the wrong done the present President should withdraw Art 35A. In the alternative of the President implies his acceptance of a historic wrong.

Incidentally the legal challenge to Art 35A and Art 370 in the Supreme Court are by persons who are affected by the regressive, unfair and unjust legal positions brought about by these laws,

Though ground data indicate a sweep for now, most BJP leaders/workers in Gujarat proffer that the election is a "tough battle & hard to win"

Possibly for the 1st time the party under Amit Bhai Shah's leadership has absolutely no place for complacency and everybody is on their toes

In 1910s, British had taken control over Golden Temple by installing puppet Mahants in Golden temples as heads.
Dear Dera Premi Mehta Sir!

British did not installed any Mahants., Mahants were descendants of earlier Gurus. Golden Temple was in control of Descendant of 4th Guru shri Guru Ram Das ji and they were collaborating with British along with going against Sikh practices like not allowing low caste people inside temple and also installing idols. Same thing at Gurudwara Janamasthan Nankana Sahib where Mahant Narain Das (direct descendant of Guru Nanak and also relative of the actor Kabir Bedi) was raping girls (like Gurmit Ram Rahim Insaan)., Sikhs opposed and he got some Pathans and others to murder the protesting sikhs inside Gurudwara. The leader was tied with a tree inside Gurudwara and burned alive. Sikhs created SGPC and freed the Gurudwara from the supposed relatives of the earlier Gurus.

Modi really knows how to keep people on the tenterhooks!! People don't know what to do now; run to a bar (Jetlee is fired), or run to a bank (2000 note goes) or run to some ICWAI/CA chap (GST changes). And is he also planning any foreign trips in next 2-3 days?.

I predict something about economy. probably a new scheme. i don't think it will be about GST as a big bang reform/correction is not due as it is still fresh.

If that happens I would vote for CPI(M) the next time  . But I don't think that would happen as in liquor sales states have more say. Federalism and all that. A Malayalam news paper predicts some discounts of purchase of Gold worth Rs. 50,000. And PAN Card details not required for gold purchases between 50,000 to 200,000. GST returns can be filed once in three months, by the small time traders.

I saw few tweets about Gold thing. Seems counter-intuitive doesn't it? Why would you want to drop the PAN card requirement.

they could not bring liquor under GST...so why would modi ban liquor..quite a ridiculous thought coming from fevered imaginations of hecklers.

the little tweaks of GST, purchase limits for PAN etc do not warrant a prime time address by modi.
