I-T dept slaps Rs 100 crore tax notice on Rahul, Sonia
Looks like BJP is not doing things without any plan in place. The Income Tax notice can be challenged; and Kapil Sibal and P. Chidambaram may already be on their way to the courts. But what happens is that all this can be used during election time. The BJP needs to get an alternate outlet to spread the message, as main stream media is totally against them.

If BJP thinks this reservation stuff is enough to win back the middle class, they are mistaken. More tangible measures need to be taken via the budget.

This joke of announcing all sorts of cases on the Congress without any serious progress has also become a farce.

^^ What exactly does so called middle class want to lean towards NM (Although I disagree with this conjecture itself).
The intended target of reservation anyways is not middle class, so this step is definitely not to placate them.
So what does this mythical yet fickle, untrustworthy, bordering on anti-national middle class want ?
Free Gas , Almost free Petrol , zero Income Tax , avenues of corruption , Govt job , reservation ????

And if NM does not provide them all this, then they will wear the suicide vest and vote en-mass for Congoon system which miraculously will provide them all that NM could not Provide.

What a load of Baloney !!

crams wrote:To elaborate, we all know and ModiJi said in his new year interview, Congoons are an out and out casteist party, except their casteism is directed against 'upper castes' so it doesn't draw the ire of self styled egalitarian elites who themselves are 'upper caste' and benefit as Lords in a Congoon ecosystem. So it is Hindu hating Dalits and others like Mallikarju Khagre and others who are the ones who will never let go off their white Italian messiahs. The rest of the Congoons to protect their asses have no option but to go along even if they find it distasteful to have Pappu at the helm. I admire the party unity and disciple in this regard because despite being reduced to 44 seats, the well endowed slaves of Pappu like Kapil Sibal etc have used every ecosystem tool at their command to make a ferocious come back.
scamgress intially pre 1947 was an umbrella of all sorts-fully saffron to ultra green/purest white. At 1947 post partition, it became more of saffron. rank and file were mostly right leaning Hindus but over time with JLN being a original coconut at the helm became more and more leftists. All secular and right leaning leaders discarded. Come IG - this became more and more leftists. Add post IG now more BIF types rule the roost with 4M (mullah missionaries macualy kids etc )as in shefali vaidya tweet.

congress ecosystem is decidedly 4M variety. it will fight with vigour as it is cornered. This is the time for all to support and do our best to make NAMo win elections.
Some people are against the citizen amendment bill for non muslims
it is nonsense about the opposition. What is on paper/law is what matters today and tomorrow and future . if a law difficult for anyone to overcome it.
1) Ex- we never had caste for centuries- british made caste as birth right in legal way(read about british census and caste system). Now it is hanged on Hindus.

2) sati- it was never high in India. was on its way out- with defeat of muslim kings. But missionaries made evangelical Bentick to approve the ban(after years of failing to convert Hindus to christianty) Another one hanged on Hindus. No one cares what made Hindu women to commit jauhar/sati common in muslim ruled states.

3) sabarimala temple issue. A law is passed. no one cares about traditions. it is law. End of story. Difficult to change it.

4) Hindu laws changed in many aspects including marriage etc etc but minorities not touched. No one bothers.

5) RTE etc --- how many agitated for it. we only blame NaMo for it.

4) jallikattu issue and many others.

It is also said that assamese will go against it so do NE which is load of bull crap. Hindus as a whole don't do this. There are elements within its own Hindu fold(sickular and magnified by presstitutes) and minorities who are in large numbers agitating.
Hindus have taken a whole lot of sh[*]t in the past and continue to receive it.

opposition arguments are total nonsense

scamgress can come back to power and change it-- Who will allow scamgress to power- only US as voters . Even if they come to power- If we are weak and don't agitate- then we should not blame NAMo for at doing something right about Indian born religions.

recall british did not care about Hindu specific laws that they will be kicked out, scamgress did not care they will be kicked out -when they made laws to hurt Hindus. :(

If we as Indians cant support Indian born religions then how can we talk of others.

some posters have this fancy of opposing everything done - if not done still oppose.

RJD and AIADMK are going to vote against quota bill. Meanwhile Naveen has said he will not go with MGB. I think he is keeping options open. SO is Modi although odisha may be ripe for change.

Also about 10% reservation for Economically weaker sections was on the congress manifesto for many elections. not new. only thing is scamgress did not implement their manifesto promises. Only NaMo led govt is fulfilling many of its promises. It may not be complete but this govt is the best in terms of keeping its promises. No other govt in India has done it efficiently.

Does not matter if NaMo wins or not, we have the best performing govt-- need to accept the reality.

If we talk crap about whatever is done, then we do deserve crap.

Wearing the sewercide vest and voting for criminals is an art the Indian public is adept at.

Please see the recent election results in three states where BJP delivered sabka saath, sabka vikas, clean governance, only to get voted out.

This load of baloney is a reality accept it, enjoy it and deal with it.

Everyone wants the same luvvv....ie sops.

Don't recall if the PVNR bill passed both houses. The hizzoners are prone to accept what the government wants and this not being a partisan issue (see the votes for and against in the RS today), they may feel they have to approve the constitutional amendments.

In India the SC often goes beyond its mandate, it is supposed to interpret laws, not propose new ones or shoot down those that are acceptable to the entire government, even if a constitutional amendment is required to pass them.

In TN everyone except the much hated Brahmins 4% of the population is covered by reservations, so every party, if they are smart TN BJP will also keep quite on this. This is the price of having Periyar and Karunanidhi- it willl take atleast 40-50 years for this to change.

Their propaganda was more thorough than Goebbels on the Jews and Jinnah, Hurriyat on Hindus in that respect.

Absolutely, further.. this is a bad time to push it.

Assam and the NE will vote against BJP in may .. BJP loves to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory
ok, looks like end game of this bill is to save assam from onslaught of bangladeshis and kick out their existing illegal population. But bjp needs to be very careful and cautious.

Justice UU Lalit, one of the five judges of the Supreme Court that will hear the Ayodhya case, offered to opt out of the Constitution bench after a lawyer pointed out that he had, appeared as a lawyer for one of the parties nearly two decades ago. The hearing in the matter has been adjourned. The Supreme Court will now hear the Ayodhya case on January 29.
How come Yourhonor forgot and gladly accepted to be in the bench. Imagine the horror if something similar was done by a 'bloody civilian'. He/She would have been hauled over the coal by hijhighness.
The Supreme Court was originally supposed to hear the case in October, but deferred this to January, rejecting the Uttar Pradesh government’s plea for speedy hearings with CJI Gogoi saying the court had its “own priorities”

They will delay the RJB case till 2019 GE and then depending on the political dispensation, command the dhimmi Hindus to build a hospital or school at the site. Judiciary is compromised & Modi missed a chance to kick their collective backsides by not bringing in an RJB law.

Eff everything. Go and occupy the site and build your Temple. What was snatched away from us by sword shall be regained by force.
If SC asks Hindus to vacate Ayodhya, will they do it ?

Off course this would reach the judiciary and the verdict is pretty much predictable. BJP most likely knows this well and would perhaps use this as an election campaign measure (with details of cases against the Sonia Maino & her son). And Thugbandhan just does not seem to be falling in place at the moment.

From this interview, Himanta Biswa Sharma says the Citizenship Bill will save 8 lakh Hindus (estimate) from the 40 lakh who are not in the NRC. Many people complained majority left out of NRC are Hindus and they are being sent out. But HBS estimates them at 8 lakh and keeping them in India will save 17 MLA seats from going to Badrudding Azmal.
He is direct in saying that it is necessary to save Assam from demographic invasion and demographic invasion is the intention of muslims.

Thank you Rahul Gandhi for sending HBS to BJP.

Further says good riddance to AGP. Says BJP will win 9-10 lok sabha seats from Assam from 7 earlier.
Does not agree with 1971 cut off date from Assam Accord.
If BJP is given time, they may even find ways to restrict citizen ship to 1951 by hook or crook.

Going back to 1951 for NRC cut-off date is not a good idea for two reasons 1) there was no Bdesh before 1971 and this makes deportation more complicated and 2) a lot of muslims migrated to Pak/east Pak between 1951-1971 and this will open an avenue for them to come back to India by C-system.

A 36-year old woman from Kerala has claimed that she entered the Sabarimala temple after dyeing her hair white on 8 January, reports Deccan Chronicle.

A social media (Facebook) group named ‘Renaissance Kerala towards Sabarimala’ has also posted a series of videos and photos of the activists. The activist, identified as Manju, is reportedly an active worker of a left-leaning outfit called the Mahila Dalit Federation.

"I travelled from Thrissur by bus and didn't face any resistance as a young woman devotee, even from other devotees. I was in the temple for around two hours, for various rituals", Manju was quoted saying.

“I came as an ordinary pilgrim. But, of course, to dodge protestors, I dyed my hair white and pretended to be an aged woman. Nobody noticed me and I will continue my visit in future also,” she added.

The group has uploaded pictures of Manju which show her dye her hair grey to appear elderly.

The entry of two women in their forties on 2 January has created a law and order crisis in the state. The Kerala High Court had also asked Kerala’s communist government to file an affidavit on the circumstances under which the two women entered Sabarimala.
