There is a limit to which poor and lowers will put with such nonsense of appointing lawyers with zero morality as judges and then bearing their behavior. This judge gave NO judgments to reduce corruption in courts but did give judgments to make the one sided law toothless. And if RSS wants to make such lawyers judges, then pls dont blame convertees alone for their last desperate act if and when they do take this act.

We all know that Modiji could have unleashed a mass campaign against SCjs on this 100% unconstutional judgment. But Modiji did NOT. why not?

PM's party RSS got 32% of polled votes, and his alliance NDA got 40% of polled votes, and no party got more than 22% and no alliance was close to 30%. And RSS has over 40 lakh workers. PM of this stature is NOT something that judges can eat like gol gappa. PM with such mass and activist support and SM can LEGALLY create a situation that every judges from Magistrate to SCCj will have to flee India within 24 hours. But PM Sri Modiji calmly decided to obey SCjs and follow collegium aka cartel system. WHY?

The unwrirtten agreement aka nexus between PM and SCjs is --- judges can appoint their sons and nephews as judges and once in a while, judges will appoint men dearest to PM as judges as well !!! IOW, they decided to divide the cake.

Even during congress days, PM, super-PM, apex Ministers and judges had divided the cake of appointing judges. The judges didnt eat whole cake themselves. Existing PM is stronger than MMS and has NJC constitutional amendment on his side. And social media is all against judges and no contempt applies on SM. So PM's share in cake of judges' appointment has increased. But some people here want us all to believe this fairy tale that PM has no say in appointing judges !!! So you can see the extent to which Modi-rakshaks want to fool audience.

Summary --- a dalit youth wants wedding procession to go in a straight line route from his house to girl's house and that route passes thru some rajput neighborhood. He asked local IPS to give protection. On all such major issues, IPS go as per oral unwritten orders from CM. The IPS drew a longer route so that Rajput neighborhood can be bypassed. This proves that RSS CM Yogiji himself had given the order than baraat must not pass thru Rajput area !!! The guy went to high court judge and judge also refused to issue order and thus judge defacto said that IPS will take final decision !!!

There are dime a dozen cases where Dalits are NOT allowed to take wedding processions from UC areas. Even in Bhavnagar Gujarat, just some week back, a Dalit was beaten (and later he died) because he was riding horse thru a UC neighbourhood (not wedding, but just horse riding). In Gujarat, the groom keeps a sword with him, but Dalit grooms are expected to keep a small knife and not sword and if he insists on sword then Purohit will refuse to do the rites !! In Gujarat things are far less bad. But caste descrimimation in Gujarat was less even in 1995 before RSS govt came.

On one hand, we hear litanies that Modiji, Yogiji, RSS-leaders and RSS-workers are against casteism. And where do they ALL disappear when such issues come that too in High Court and media?

So lets get real. Congress / app leaders are ALL casteists and so are ALL RSS-leaders. And congress/aap workers are casteist and so are all rss-leaders. And all this "SC/ST/OBC/UC are all hindus and hindu hindu bhai bhai" cacophonies sung by RSS-workers is only to get votes without actually removing casteism. Which is why congress/rss/aap workers have refused to print laws that would crush such display of casteism.

So my request to all hinduvaadies, true seculars and nationalists is --- if you want Dalits not to go close to maulvies and missionaries, and pls work to print law-drafts that end this nonsense in real life, and pls dont waste time afetr congress/rss/aap because they do NOT want to print such laws. And if you keep wasting time after congress/rss/aap workers, then pls dont blame dalits alone if they walk to missionaries or maulvie.

Computer Baba' Among Five Seers to Get Minister of State Status in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: In a move that may raise several eyebrows, the BJP government in Madhya Pradesh has accorded Minister of State (MoS) status to five babas associated with Narmada river awareness committee.

Narmadanand, Hariharanand, Computer Baba, Bhayyuji Maharaj and Yogendra Mahant were appointed to a committee set up for the conservation of the Narmada on March 31. Three days later, they were granted the special status.

As members of the committee, they have been given the MoS status, a General Administration Department official said. The MoS status brings in monthly allowance of Rs 7,500 each and various perks to these saints.

Among the five Hindu religious leaders, Computer Baba and Yogendra Mahant had earlier announced to take out a rally against ‘Narmada plantation scam’ during a meeting in Indore. They had also decided to stage dharna at state secretariat.
