^^Clear Cache and try again.

I have checked the access. It works fine, which means the server configuration is correct.

Have you changed DNS entries or put in 301/302 redirect yet ? It is going to some page with heading: - ADDING COLORS TO LIVES BY TARAL PAREKH
jamal.simplutive.in
RandomThingsWhatever.simplutive.in
brf.simplutive.in

will take u to there :|
Server (IP) number displays the first folder alphabetically which is hosted on the server.
I suppose you know it already, but try putting in a permanent 301 redirect for http://bharatganrajya.simplutive.in to http://bharatganrajya.com/ in your cpanel.

Bhai,

I dont have a cpanel. What exactly is your problem now ?
Simplutive has a wild card entry for the subdomains.

Problem is that http://bharatganrajya.simplutive.in is opening some ADDING COLORS TO LIVES website. If you want to leave it this way, fine.

BTW, shouldn't we start making sub-forums like BRF has ? One each for military, politics, economy and general discussions ?

One more issue I discovered. The login session doesn't stay if I close a tab (NOT the browser). If I revisit the site in a new tab, I need to login again. Not a biggie but if others are facing similar issues, please request to look in further.

Must be a browser side issue. The server doesn't look at the tabs etc.

Login and book mark the active topics section and it will log in. Use remember me and also feed the password to the smart password entry in Google chrome and it will do it.

The original link leads now to a 404 section so don't use that.

✔ did all of that yet if I click on http://bharatganrajya.com/ or http://bharatganrajya.com/viewforum.php?f=2 it needs me to log-in again.

However, after logging in the url turns into http://bharatganrajya.com/index.php?sid ... 9c603e8e81 if I bookmark this, then close tab or browser and then again click on this bookmark link then I'm staying logged-in.

Definitely not a browser issue. Checked on Chrome, Opera & Vivaldi. Also enabled remember me option but issue still persists.

As VJ pointed out, I guess it depends on which URL was bookmarked. The issue persists with main site URL (which is what I've bookmarked). I don't want to book mark the URL after login.

Again not a biggie, but I do hope that admins look in to this eventually.

I could use the help from a phpBB guru to work out a few issues.

You might have noted that the user name to the right of the post do not have the string "Registered User" or something similar. I couldn't figure how to enable that, or why it was disabled in the first place. I imagine that is a default setting.

Sorry for the previous post. I went through the demo now.

USERS and GROUPS tab > Groups > Manage groups > settings related to whatever group you want to change.

You will find Group wide options. Tick ' display group in legend ' there.

OK. Solved a couple of problems.

1. Cookie problem solved. Now, sign in is persistent.
2. Ranks added to user legend, as you can see.

What is the ranking sishtam saar?
As in, what # of post to what # of posts = what rank?
I want rank of Mashtaar Gunneri Sarjunt like in the movie Sootur

Request #2 can we please have the YouTube embedding thing so that videos appear in their full thumbnail glory

On those same lines, if we can somehow figure out a way to embed a tweet too so that people don't have to copy-paste its contents to quote it.
Same for other popular media, social media platforms - if there is a way to do something like that.

Cheers - VJ

embedding YT is fine, but should not auto play as that can be abused by somebody and NSFW stuff can load

Twitter tags is also a must have these days.
