They're efficiently ensuring closure of tens of thousands of hindu run schools. And its not like this is something new. This was passed in 2004. 3 years after your own govt has done nothing is not when rss should pipe up. To be honest, my shortlist has only the three items including this. However, ...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

You are expecting this chewing gum to be a priority over walking or at least on par. RSS drives the agenda. And your own subsequent post shows which will be picked as a pending issue for 2019 or done just in time for the elections. Feel free to be as let down as you wish but I would prefer they get ...

Re: Phone tablet gizmo thread

Amazon released an updated 10" Fire Tablet. Any insights into this one? I won't buy a Chini brand and want to get a replacement for a Nexus 7 that got chipped at an edge (glass is splintered there but does not affect the actual screen itself). However, it is unsafe to continue using (despite the nic...

If folks here could, they would have NaMp join the margadarshak mandal and hand over the reins to RaGa. I had tried to explain this move in some post in the earlier thread. As the number of RW parties increases, the space on the right reduces, and folks move further right until they push the line th...

I think almost everyone goes through some pain in the initial period and then finds gains over time. In my case, dad passed away in the first phase, but careerwise, did very well. SHQ nearly lost her mother, but gained me and is in an extended purple patch that I am told will last for two more decad...

I know this thread in name and form is meant to take forward the one we had in BRF. My humble request is to split this into 2 threads. One for discussions like this (e.g., on RW/BJP issue triggered by the cracker ban or on the GST impact etc,) each of which can span multiple weeks and draw some or ...

And India A have taken the battle to the NZ A. From 84 for 5, Iyer (90 off 73) and Bawne (83 off 80) brought them to the doorstep of victory. They tied off the last ball!!! All of the noise on SM is because Ramya has taken over and is pushing hard with the team of tencenters. All BJP has to do is deploy teams that can dissect the fake news and identify the sources as being Congi in origin. Congis will continue chipping at the edifice using tactics that they have develo...
