No. The only solution is to move away from caste based laws and reservations. It should be universal and based on tangible metrics. Not based on who your parents are.
Without that, caste based politics and division of Hindus will be unstoppable and will prevent India from achieving greatness.

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 2 (Mar 2018 - )
The government needs to be seen doing something about fuel prices, this will be the next front for the opposition. Like it or not, it will lead to inflation too Fin.Min has clearly said that he is open to adding fuel prices into GST ;). None of the state governments want it. Because many state gove...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 2 (Mar 2018 - )
Yes, there is a segment of the BJP supporter who is wavering and foolishly so, IMHO, because as has been said so many times here, NOTA is simply not an option for us. Even though Ram is not iconic for the entire country - certainly not in the South, WB, Kerala, even Gujarat - winning the RJB case w...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017
On this instance I think Mr. Mehta may be right. Anonymity is fine if it is an Indian donor. Foreign funds are generally not allowed to be part of party donations in many democracies. Makes no sense that a foreign person or company does Nate's to an Indian party unless they have an interest in that ...

Re: Creating an Indian English Dictionary
Eh? That doesn’t even make sense. By that logic every English word is also a word in Kannada. If you come to Karnataka, you will see every shop and office spelling English words in Kannada. So Accenture, dry cleaners, Pizza Hut etc are all Kannada. So they should all be put into the Kannada dictiona...

What a joke. Sure the whole thing was orchestrated by the congoons but to suggest that auditors and the RBI were unaware, what to speak of the banks board, of it all is to take everyone for fools. It’s also very difficult to believe that Jetli was ignorant of the whole thing. Such large scale corrup...

Re: Creating an Indian English Dictionary
Interesting thread. Strictly speaking though, it doesn't make sense to call all such words indian English. In fact i feel it is a disservice to indian languages. Words like appa amma bhai etc aren't even English. They are just indian language words transliterated - spelt in the English alphabet. Wor...

I have to agree. Modi visiting or not makes little difference to the workers there. I have lived in the Middle East and the only reason Indians, Bangladeshis, Philippinos are allowed to work there is because they will do it cheaper. Has nothing to do with love for India or anyone else. Nor will Modi...

OK, I didn't know the composition of the protesters, hence asked, because a handle "avarakai" in twitter was saying indic consolidation was slowly going on. Milawds continue to perpetuate "caste" ensuring divisions last forever. Hilarious because this system has no basis in the original varna system. Yet dhimmi hindus will speak as if it was!

APS exists in very very few places compared to a. Where people actually get posted. b Where people actually live. Second, other than TAPS which is the Delhi one, they are of rather uneven quality. Mehta ji , it matters little whether these people are in a unuon ir not. If they dont perform, they will be fired. Unionisation works only in govt jobs because babus are there to fill their pockets.
