Re: Cricket
Every cricketer eventually declines no matter how good they were at their peak. Dhoni is 37 and has played over 500 full internationals - that’s a lot of cricket considering he also kept wicket for most of those. Don’t blame Dhoni for losing his batting skills however he should have the self awarene...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 2 (Mar 2018 - )
Looks like Vajpayee is in a bad way. To be honest given his quality of life over the past few years it may be best for him to quietly and painlessly slip away. Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s condition remains critical https://m.timesofindia.com/india/atal-bihari-vajpayees-condition-remains-critical/articles...

Anyone been following the Rana Ayyub thing? She’s made a career out of spreading fake news and even wrote a book full of lies and half truths - Gujarat Files - yet now that she’s getting a taste of her own medicine (people have been photoshopping fake tweets as if they were from her) she is crying a...

Re: Cricket
What a poor shot - for god sake these guys are paid millions to play for their country and they end up batting like schoolkids.
Re: Cricket
Same story as the first test match. Shocking fielding let SA score 50-60 runs too many in the first innings. Ashwin could have had 6 or 7 wickets if players like Patel had done their job. Then again while batting we threw away wickets - Pujara and Pandyas run outs, Vijays loose shot etc. Anyhow a br...
Re: Cricket
Sloppyness cost us the test. Fielding was terrible when SA batted first - Dhawan’s drop at slip cost 30-40 runs. Then the batting in our first innings was so poor - batsmen poking at deliveries they could easily have left alone.
Re: Cricket
Bumrah hasn’t even played a first class match for over a year yet they’ve selected him for a test match. Bizarre logic.
Re: Cricket
Irresponsible shots from the openers, BTW Rahane should have played. He is our best over seas batsman. Yes he’s very good against fast bowling too. Some might say this is a bit defensive but I wouldn’t have played Pandya. The batting lineup looks very weak with Pandya, Saha, Ashwin, Kumar, Shami an...
Re: Cricket
Lazy and careless batting.
Re: Cricket
Could/should have had SA out for 210/220, instead they’re going to get closer to 300. Still a decent effort by the bowlers today but Steyn, Morkel, Philander and Rabada are going to be a handful on this wicket.

Re: Cricket
Didnt he score 49 in last t20 ? If you only saw the scorecard after the match you would think he had a decent game however for the first 20-25 balls of his innings his timing was all over the place. He couldn’t hit the big shots and nor did he give Kohli the strike enough. Sure once the game was lo...
Re: Cricket
Why is Dhoni still playing international T20Is?
1) He hasn’t done anything special at the last 2 T20 WCs.
2). He will be 39 years old at the next T20 WC (in Australia).
Why don’t India groom a young batsman-keeper for the next T20 WC?

As we approach the anniversary of the 1984 killings and riots I wish the current GOI would do more to bring some more of the perpetrators of the killings to justice. This would: 1: Give justice to those who lost loved ones. 2: Embarrass and further expose the INC. 3: Take away the oxygen to those Kh...
