Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 3 (Oct 2018 - )

when you say middle class do you mean the 2% of the population which pays income tax or the entire broader middle class? Mind you overwhelming majority of broader middle class does not pay any income tax. How does it matter if someone is paying direct taxes or not. They are still paying indirect ta...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 3 (Oct 2018 - )

Who cares.

This clown has no ability to execute any thing.

The implication of this plan will be to eliminate middle class and add it to the poor.

Over a period of time the 70s will look like the glory days of India.

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 3 (Oct 2018 - )

If I am not going to rule the country. Then I will make sure that I destroy the country. Is the philosophy of RaGa.

Modi is the last best hope for our future. If he is defeated, India is done for. As Inc no longer a political party but a mob that is intent of destroying our country.

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 3 (Oct 2018 - )

Unemployment is an issue but when was it not an issue. When was India teeming with jobs and opportunities. It is just that now youngsters have more aspirations. As I read somewhere by AS, If we are building thousands of KM's of roads, doubling rail tracks, electrifying last mile, bringing more peop...

Post the selection of Rafale on price consideration. Eads made fresh and revised bid for the sale of the Eurofighter. But was rejected on grounds that the acquisition process didn't allow for the L 2 bidder to make a revised bid for the contracts.

This was by the Saint.

Addition to my earlier post. Regarding office for lawyers. The lack of office of a lawyer is also a reflection of a lawyer's number of years of practice.

Kya bakwas hai. Collegium appoints judges and sarkar must provide facilities for lawyers to have offices and library.

If a lawyer is not having any office. It is a reflection of his competence and not the failure of the state.

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - 3 (Oct 2018 - )

I watched the whole CBI and Bengal policy with Mamta sitting on dharna.

It appears that she is dareing the centre to bring about governors rule in the state and then claim to be victim of centre.

It appears that she's still living in the 80s.

First towel thrown by Mihir Sharma.

Basically saying that all the things done by Modi means that he is an institution and that you can't rule out any big bang action from Modi Shah combination.

I am thinking. And it is never a good sign that I start thinking. But remember that Modi said, first the toilet and then the temple. The toilet part is done. It's time for the temple. Let's see what happens. Let's do our part with quite determination and leave nothing to chance. Modi 2019 to 2025

John, The tactic I use with urban salary types is, I ask them, other then reducing tax rate to zero. What can Modi do to change your circumstance.

Most don't have a response. Some who do, are so out of touch that they quickly loose any semblance of intelligent thought.

That depends on the where the hospital is and what are the facilities available. In a family run hospital it is not possible to have that kind of transactions in a small town.

Not just the government employees. Nearly every one is looking for revert to pre2014.
if the govt was that unpopular then they would be duly booted out in a democracy with 90%+ vote against them.

so why bother with this thread ?
Because this government is likely to return.

In a way I am happy to have a martyr in Atul Kochhar.

His case will be used and exploited by Modi at the right time to bury the secularists.

It is monumental mis step.

It's time we start celiberating our martyrs.
