Does OCI card needs to be re-endorsed every time the passport is renewed? It is pain especially for kids whose passports change every 5 years.

Crime needs jurisdiction not citizenship. Example an Indian passport holder goes on tourist visa to Europe promises a gori to marry her and does ahem ahem and comes back breaking promise. He cannot be prosecuted in Indian courts for breaking Indian law. Same thing is true for Indian passport holders...

Seriously how will they regulate some one who is sitting in foreign land and tweeting something which is covered under freedom of expression in his/her country? How does court now have jurisdiction over that?

I vote for the forum to be private. We need to have good screening process for new members but once in there should not be any taboo's on discussions. Free speech can only generate great ideas. Definitely no personal attacks on any members but attack the views with facts and logic and keep emotions ...

KJo I had registered on BRF as Rockstar and some bradmin changed it to Brad Goodman so it has stuck with me since then :-)
