14. The State shall not deny to any person equality
before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the
territory of India.

Constitution of India ;
https://www.india.gov.in/sites/upload_f ... t_full.pdf

This is what anti Hindu forces fighting for. I've given up on calling them left or secular forces. It clearly says within the Territory of India.Does nothing to say regarding the refugee crisis or the mass immigration regarding muslims from Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Of course the news channels will clearly only show anti CAA protests. Even Wiki seems to have taken a very negative trend of what is really about.
This is in complete View have ongoing atrocities still in Pakistan against minorities there.

A history of hypocrisy: From the Mughals to JNU

A history of hypocrisy: From the Mughals to JNU

“It is your own doing!” The letter said. In his heart of hearts, he knew it was true, Muhiuddin Aurangzeb, now going by the sobriquet Alamgir was right. “It was I who commenced it and now it has consumed me, as well as my Dara”, Khurram thought out loud.

Time is a great leveller. Prince Khurram began his reign by defying primogeniture and imprisoning his step mother and killing all his brothers. Now, he stood imprisoned in his own palace by his third born, Aurangzeb, who had defeated his favourite son and the heir to his throne.

“Maybe, what the Hindus believe is true. You reap what you sow, Karma eventually wins”, he declared to Jahanara, the daughter who cared for him. “You must protest! You must defy! You must object! Father, this is unjust. You are the true emperor of Hindustan. The peacock throne belongs to you”, she shot back. Khurram did not respond, looking out from his balcony at the memory of the one true love of his life, Mumtaz Mahal. “Hypocrisy”, he murmured; “It is improper of me to demand justice, when I have done nothing to deserve it” the former emperor of Hindustan mused, while continuing to stare at the opulent marble white mausoleum of his deceased wife.

360 years later, on the streets of the city, Emperor Shah Jahan founded, hypocrisy runs amok, with naked audacity and belligerence.

Aap Chronology Samajhiye

The Jawaharlal Nehru University was the brainchild of M C Chagla, a distinguished jurist and an earnest Education Minister. He dedicated it as an ode to his beloved leader, and wanted its ideals to mimic the virtues of the first prime minister of India. National integration, scientific socialism, humanism, tolerance, modernity, academic excellence, scientific temper, democracy, patriotism and inclusion were supposed to be the bedrocks of the institution.

Built on a theme of red & white in 1969, the university turned more red and less white in the ‘70s, transforming into the bastion of the Left. It was odd that a university in the capital would evolve into a Marxist fortress, even while the ideology remained politically relevant only in the states of Kerala & West Bengal. This was partly serendipitous and partly orchestrated.

Student politics formed a glorious part of India’s independence movement but post-1947, the Congress leaders saw no reason to foster or encourage it. They were the establishment now and much like the British, they did not want to be challenged. Pandit Nehru went as far as appealing to students all over India to eschew politics and help in ‘Bharat Nirman’. The Congress dissolved its student factions but the Communist Parties of India did not. They regarded universities as a path to socio-political prominence.

JNU’s early students were primarily linguists who were interested in Russian and radical social scientists that were experimenting and oscillating between different strands of socialism. The Left had found their gold mine. Here were willing apprentices who were curious about or mesmerised by Marx, prepared to transform into comrades. Providentially, the Left also found their golden boy, Prakash Karat. Equipped with iconoclastic charm, British sophistication, firebrand oratory and zealous organizational skill, Karat spearheaded the Student’s Federation Of India (SFI) and forged into JNU’s soul. The Left through the SFI, the AISF, the social science faculty and Karat seized JNU. If there was any doubt about JNU’s predilections, they were extinguished during the three year reign of the charismatic Sitaram Yechury as JNU Students Union president. It was too late for the NSUI (formed hastily in 1971) and the ABVP (non-existent in JNU even back then). Their lack of initiative and aptitude lost them JNU forever, as the Left’s sway was ruthless.

18 kilometers away and 360 years ago, in the Qila E Mubarak, also built with a theme of red and white; Dara Shukoh, the eldest son of Shah Jahan lies on his bed exhausted ruing his tardiness. If only, his principle army had not been late in reinforcing him at the battle of Samugarh, he would have defeated Aurangzeb. “It wasn’t ability or proficiency, it was dumb luck” he screamed staring up at his Allah/Prabhu. If only he’d perceived his younger brother’s machinations a day early, he would be the one celebrating victory. “Maybe, it is destiny, maybe, it is written” he whispered with resignation as the mythical prince of destiny sank back ruminating his fate.

A Culture of Violence

The Left has a history of bloodshed. Whether it was the Soviet Union, China, Cuba, Vietnam or Cambodia; violence has always been the one constant. The Indian Left was no different; on the tramways of Calcutta, in the rural hinterland of Naxalbari and on the streets of Cochin, widespread carnage took place against the establishment. After the Emergency, where students of the Left distinguished themselves as revolutionaries against Mrs Gandhi, it was time they took over the mantle; after all, JNU was now the Left and the Left was now JNU.

The Left has always painted the State as nefarious, autocratic, evil, monopolistic, brutal, casteist, xenophobic, racist, corrupt, immoral, sexist, communal, elitist and misanthropic. JNU did the same, just with better intellect and optics. But they also disguised their penchant for coercion, violence & intolerance by disguising it as struggles against the establishment and masking it with words like social justice, pro-minority, pro-farmers, democratic, anti-totalitarian, secular and populist.

In its illustrious history, JNU students have abused and intimidated ideological rivals, gheraoed the vice-chancellor at his office or home multiple times, beaten up teachers, stoned houses of the faculty, protested and boycotted Prime Ministers, fought the police on the streets, wrecked property, taken part in internal skirmishes and gone on strikes numerous times. The university has been shut down due to hooliganism and vandalism multiple times in all the decades since its inception. (Source: JNU: The Making of a University by Rakesh Batabayal)

The lifestyle of violence has always been a given. But since the 90s, there’s been an alarming and gradual shift from an anti establishment stance to an anti India one. JNU has gone from supporting China during Tiananmen and the USSR during Solidarity to supporting azadi in Kashmir, celebrating Naxalite violence, beating up army personnel, lauding terrorists on death penalties and shouting infamous and catchy anti-India slogans in their rallies.

After staring at the Taj Mahal in silence for a few minutes, Shah Jahan turned towards a patient Jahanara peering at him with expectation. “I have blood on my hands beloved daughter. Let us not ignore it, because history won’t. I poisoned, beheaded, trampled, strangulated and stabbed everyone who I believed were contenders to the throne. After wearing the crown, I eliminated family members, friends, allies and brothers, I perceived to be my rivals. With so much gore and violence, on my conscience, how can I stand on moral high ground and talk of justice? How can I speak of morality and mercy? How can I expect to be treated any differently?” Knowing his daughter would not be convinced by lengthy monologues, he moved towards her and held her face in his palms. “To ask for justice and compassion now would be sanctimonious. It would be hypocritical, my child. I am not that man. I am not going to request an audience with Aurangzeb and I am not going to beg for Dara’s life or mine. When the fall is all that’s left, it matters a great deal, how a man falls down.” With tears in her eyes and pathos in her heart, Jahanara hugged her father and wept, recognizing that Allah had sealed all three of their fates.

Providence & Fate

Except, the students of JNU in 2020, do not have the gravitas or the self-enlightenment that the fifth Mughal Emperor possessed. Their insincerity and deceit loom large over the dastardly act of violence.

Let’s be clear here, this writer sympathises with them and does not condone actions taken by masked cowards. The goons need to be put behind bars, whether ABVP activists or not. Nonetheless, it is the victim card that JNU plays that reeks of hypocrisy.

5 decades of relentless, regular and repeated aggression makes the moral high ground they stand on, untenable. I can’t help but also feel a sense of vindication when I see them demand justice and declare innocence. Violence begets violence and it was only a matter of time before a lunatic fringe decided enough was enough and answered in kind. This decade, dominated by a resurgent Right has a recurring theme: intolerance of intolerance. The Right does not believe in watching meekly while it is coerced, manipulated, assaulted, condescended and violated. It will fight back and unfortunately, when you’ve been the instigator for so long, you don’t get to choose or dictate, the method of the counter punch. It’s Karma in its most academic sense.

Two wrongs don’t make a right. At the end of the day, they are all citizens of India and deserve due process. They did not deserve being abused this way. This is what distinguishes us from them. All of them great arguments. Except, where are your tears for the countless students JNU has assaulted over the decades? Where is you candle light vigil for the faculty whose houses were stoned? Where is your peaceful protest for the police officers who’ve borne the brunt of fury? Where are your chants and slogans for all the politicians and officers who’ve been gheraoed for days? Where are the celebrities when the aam aadmi’s property is vandalised? Where is the justice for those affected by the rampage of the JNU juggernaut over the last 50 years?

360 years later, on the streets of Shahjahanabad, hypocrisy runs amok with naked audacity and belligerence.

This will really set the cat among the pigeons

Under All-India NRC, Passport May Not Be Enough to Prove Citizenship

25/DEC/2019

Under Indian domestic law, the distribution of passports is regulated by the 1967 Passports Act. The long title of this law says that it provides for issue of passports to citizens of India and “other persons”.

But the body of the Act never clarifies what is meant by ‘other persons’. Rather, the clauses in the Act imply that a passport can only be granted to a citizen of India.

...........................

Under section 6 (2), the first condition for the passport authority to refuse to issue a passport is “that the applicant is not a citizen of India”. Besides, the penalties section defines one of the offences as making an application or obtaining a passport by suppressing information or holding a forging passport “despite not being a citizen of India”.

The 1967 Act was formulated only after the Supreme Court ruled, in a litigation brought by an individual whose passport was revoked, that the right to travel abroad is part of an individual’s personal liberty as enshrined in the Indian constitution. Till then, the only regulation for passports was a legislation from 1920 which didn’t make it mandatory for Indian nationals to obtain a passport for leaving the country.

..................................

With the memory of Partition and its messy aftermath still sharp, Indian courts did not give a consistent legal line on the possession of a passport – sometimes ruling that it was obtained involuntarily, in others, through fraudulent means, and even arguing that obtaining another country’s passport did not mean withdrawal of Indian citizenship.

Recently, the Delhi high court, in an order dated July 2017, had observed that “a passport is a document evidencing a citizen’s nationality and cannot be ignored on mere suspicions”.

However, Jayal, a professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University, argues that the courts had a more unforgiving mood if the case of obtaining a passport was in the context of undocumented immigration from Bangladesh. She noted that the courts also gave repeated rulings that appearance in a voters’ list wasn’t proof of citizenship.

“Judicial recognition of the ways in which such documentation of citizenship is acquired thus led the courts to deliver rulings in which, ironically, the validity of practically all forms of official documentation was impugned,” observed Jayal.

When asked by The Wire whether India has traditionally viewed passports as proof of citizenship, Jayal replied, “As far as I know, this is a grey area. Passports are generally taken to be proof of citizenship, and, as you rightly say, it is only in cases of fraud or misrepresentation that courts have cast doubts on these”.

While passports are used as citizenship documentation under international law and inferred in practice domestically, this may not be entirely helpful under the NRC process if the intent is to weed out illegal migrants. Every year, the government claims to become aware of additional cases of valid passports obtained through fake documents – mainly with the aim to leave the country. “Some time ago, we learnt that around 100-150 Rohingya had got Indian passports to travel to Saudi Arabia. These are valid passports, till the fraud is detected and cancelled,” an MEA official told The Wire.

do all these "economists" become servile uncle toms when they reach the IMF.

A country like India, single handedly being able to affect the global slowdown by 80% per this "economist" gita gopinath's "simple calculation" is ludicrous and smacks of madrasa maths

On the net, I watched her say this in an interview to rahul kanwal at davos

Image

International Monetary Fund chief economist Gita Gopinath made a scathing remark against India at the World Economic Forum and blamed the country for the global slowdown.
In her own words, she said, "Simple calculation says it would be over 80 per cent."

Indian economists emphatically negate IMF chief economist Gita blaming India for global slump

As IMF chief economist Gita Gopinath points fingers at India for the global slowdown, a battery of Indian economists have negated her remarks

22, Jan 2020

Bengaluru: International Monetary Fund chief economist Gita Gopinath made a scathing remark against India at the World Economic Forum and blamed the country for the global slowdown.
In her own words, she said, "Simple calculation says it would be over 80 per cent."

But on the contrary, a battery of Indian economists have debunked her theory.

Akash Jindal, an economist, said, “For the past 2 years, the US-China trade war has been creating havoc across the world. Blaming India isn't correct. When one compares India's global trade with that of the US and China it is minuscule, then how can India impact world GDP?”

Principal economist India Research & Ratings Sunil Sinha seconded his thoughts. He said, "Global trade is in doldrums which is impacting India's GDP, not the other way round. Exports across the globe have been hit, which have dampened Indian exports, as a result, India cannot be blamed for the downfall in the world's GDP. The world is in midst of a churn, from the US to Europe to Russia - not a single country is showing tremendous growth, trade has been impacted the most in the last 2 years with neither US nor China agreeing to back down. World GDP is a reflection of these trade strains, blaming India isn't correct.”

NR Bhanumurthy Professor at National Institute of Public Finance and Policy said, "India cannot impact the world economy single-handedly and bring it down as IMF is projecting. US-China trade war, US tensions with Iran, exports moving at snail's pace are the primary reasons for the condition of the global economy."

Though Indian economists have jumped to its defence, Congress party had begged to differ. Instead of showing solidarity with the PM Modi and backing to the core, former Union finance minister P Chidambaram had a rather vindictive take on the issue.

He had said, “I suppose we must prepare ourselves for an attack by government ministers on the IMF and Dr Gita Gopinath.”

All the reactions of the Indian economists were as reported by India Today.

This is interesting: Justice A Muhamed Mustaque who signed off the judgment for the Court was considering a petition filed by a private unaided school, imparting elementary education, challenging the State’s action of closing down the school on the premise that it promoted exclusive religious instruction and admitted only students from one particular community thereby posing threat to the secular fabric of society.

Schools recognised under RTE Act, not entitled to impart religious instruction or religious study of one religion exclusively, says Kerala High Court [Read Judgment]

“Since it offends the very fabric of the secular society, the Government is justified in ordering closure of the school”, said the High Court.

January 24,2020

IN a significant judgment delivered on Friday, the Kerala High Court held that no school, which is required to have recognition under the Right to Education Act, is entitled to impart religious instruction or religious study of one religion exclusively in preference to other religion.

The High Court also held that the private school, which requires recognition, is entitled to impart religious instruction or study based on religious pluralism after obtaining permission from the State Government.

Justice A Muhamed Mustaque who signed off the judgment for the Court was considering a petition filed by a private unaided school, imparting elementary education, challenging the State’s action of closing down the school on the premise that it promoted exclusive religious instruction and admitted only students from one particular community thereby posing threat to the secular fabric of society.

Denying the relief to the school, the High Court noted there was a clear finding that the petitioner-school imparted religious instruction exclusively following Islamic religion. This, according to the High Court, could not be permitted.

“Since it offends the very fabric of the secular society, the Government is justified in ordering closure of the school”, said the High Court.

The High Court, however, taking note of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, said that an opportunity should be given to the petitioner to desist from imparting religious instructions or study without permission from the Government.

Justice Mustaque in his judgment also lamented on the importance of education, secularism and private body that discharges public functions. He, thus, noted that:

“A private body that discharges public functions must adhere to constitutional values in regard to the discharge of pubic functions. It cannot adopt any character contrary or repugnant to constitutional morality or value. Individual freedom available to a private body to promote his own belief or faith is not available to a private body when it discharges public function. It is bound by public morality conceived in the Constitution. Public morality is the morality dictated by the Constitution. Public functionaries, therefore, cannot have their own morality independent of the one envisaged in Constitution. Every public functionary is, therefore, bound to sustain the shared morality of a multi cultural society”.

He added “a private institutions which impart elementary education discharge State function. The test of determination of State action of a private body is the nature of the authority related to the action. If the action emanates from the authority sanctioned by State, such action must satisfy all elements for validity based on constitutional norms”.

“Education plays an important role in transforming the character of civil society. In preambular justice, the Constitution lays importance to fraternity. Fraternity in diverse society can be achieved only by incorporating values in the education imparted. This must be attained through a multi-cultural pedagogy. There needs to be a value-based education to promote values of multi-cultural societies”, Justice Mustaque said.

The High Court also issued direction to the Secretary of General Education Department to issue a general government order directing all recognised private schools in the State to desist from imparting religious instruction or religious study without permission from the Government.

“If the Government finds that in spite of the direction, schools including that of the petitioner violates such order, the Government can initiate action for closure and derecognition of such schools”, said the High Court.

High Court also made it clear that it had not denounced value education moulded on the basis of religious instruction or study. It had only considered the point in relation to State function being discharged through elementary school.

EU distances itself from its lawmakers’ anti-CAA move: Not our official position

EU distances itself from its lawmakers’ anti-CAA move: Not our official position

This distancing of the EU and France from the European Parliament, sources said, comes at a time when New Delhi has diplomatically “engaged” Brussels and European parliamentarians.

Shubhajit Roy
New Delhi
January 28, 2020

With five key political groupings in the European Parliament — these range from centre-right to far-left — moving resolutions slamming India’s Citizenship (Amendment) Act, the European Union Monday said the opinions expressed by the European Parliament and its members “do not represent the official position of the European Union”.

French diplomatic sources underlined that France, a founding member of the European Union, considers the new citizenship law an “internal political matter of India” and that European Parliament is an institution “independent of member states” and the European Commission.

This distancing of the EU and France from the European Parliament, sources said, comes at a time when New Delhi has diplomatically “engaged” Brussels and European parliamentarians.

Sources said Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has shot off a “strong protest letter” to the chairperson of the European Parliament, objecting to a potential situation of European Parliament taking up resolutions against the CAA approved by the Indian Parliament.

In an email response to The Indian Express Monday, EU Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Virginie Battu-Henriksson said: “The European Parliament is currently planning to hold a debate on legislation adopted by the Government of India last December establishing a fast track procedure for irregular migrants belonging to certain religious groups originating from neighbouring countries. The Supreme Court of India is currently assessing the constitutionality of this law. As per its regular procedures, the European Parliament published the draft Resolutions. It is important to recall that these texts are only drafts tabled by various political groups in the European Parliament.”

“Let me also remind you that the opinions expressed by the European Parliament and its Members do not represent the official position of the European Union. The EU will host its 15th Summit with India on the 13th March 2020 in Brussels, with a view to strengthen its Strategic Partnership with India. India is a key partner for the EU to address global challenges and to jointly promote the rules based multilateral order,” she said.

The Indian Express has learnt that Indian Ambassador to Belgium, Gaitri Issar Kumar, who liaises with the EU and the European Parliament, and her team have reached out to European lawmakers.

Sources said Speaker Om Birla’s protest letter to the chairperson of European Parliament has cited the mutual understanding among member states of the Inter-Parliamentary Union that considers the legislatures of respective nation states as sovereign, and does not interfere in their business and processes.

In this context, Birla is said to have stressed that it will be inappropriate for the European Parliament to pass a judgment on a legislation approved by both Houses of Parliament after due deliberations. In fact, the Speaker has cautioned against the precedent that European Parliament may set by allowing resolutions moved against the CAA.

Sources said the Speaker has used his communication to underline the CAA provisions, and that the law does not seek to revoke the citizenship of any citizen to make them stateless. He is learnt to have said that it offers citizenship to persecuted religious minorities from certain neighbouring countries.

Reacting to the resolutions, official sources in Delhi said that the CAA is a matter “entirely internal” to India. “We hope the sponsors and supporters of the draft will engage with us to get a full and accurate assessment of the facts before they proceed further. As fellow democracies, the EU Parliament should not take actions that call into question the rights and authority of democratically elected legislatures in other regions of the world,” the sources said, maintaining that the CAA is an entirely internal matter of India.

India bracing itself for massive pushback against the CAA and J&K in EU Parliament this week. As many as 6 resolutions critical of India have been tabled by 625 out of 751 MEPs. The resolutions say the CAA and NRC could cause the “largest stateless was crisis in the world” 1/n

The above is a fantastic resource when it comes to really debunking a lot of the myths around his CAA and NRC. Worth the download and read for everybody when it comes to common misconceptions that the government has actively tried to seek out and identify.
Goes to show that an intensive amount of propaganda against Modi and Shah on any level. Pro-immigration of Bangladeshis is as well as Pakistanis leading to a dilution of the Hindu vote bank seems to be necessity with regard to opposition parties.

Kerala Trucks Dumping Medical Waste Seized; Two Arrested

Kerala Trucks Dumping Medical Waste Seized; Two Arrested

January 29, 2020

Mysuru/Mysore: At a time when Mysuru is vying to bag the top place in the Cleanest City ranking under Swachh Bharat Mission, trucks from Kerala continue to dump waste including hazardous medical waste on roadsides, especially in the areas that border Mysuru City Corporation and the Mysuru District.

Kerala that is facing a huge crisis in solid waste management has found a convenient way of getting rid of waste by dumping them in Mysuru where trucks laden with waste cross the border in the night, dump waste and again cross the border in the wee hours.

The hazardous garbage in the form of bio-medical waste is being dumped unabated and this is threatening the health of local residents. Yesterday, an alert team of District Police seized two trucks with bio-medical waste and two persons were arrested at Adakanahalli Industrial Area in Nanjangud taluk.

The arrested have been identified as Afzal Muneer and Syed Mohammed. Their accomplices Kabir, Shoaib and Muneer are absconding and efforts are on to trace them. It was found that the accused transported the loads of bio-medical waste from Kozhikode and they have earlier dumped eight to 10 similar loads in the vicinity.

Superintendent of Police C.B. Ryshyanth told reporters that two trucks from Kozhikode in Kerala entered Mysuru late at night and were about to unload the medical waste on Government land around Adakanahalli Industrial Area when the Police intervened. The trucks crossed the check post in Nanjangud at around 3.30 am and the Police followed the trucks and caught the two occupants when they were trying to unload the medical waste.

Rose Valley case: ED attaches ₹70 crore assets of 3 firms, including Knight Riders Sports

Rose Valley case: ED attaches ₹70 crore assets of 3 firms, including Knight Riders Sports

NEW DELHI , FEBRUARY 03,

The three firms are Multiple Resorts Pvt Ltd, St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and Knight Riders Sports Pvt Ltd.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets worth Rs. 70.11 crore, including the bank accounts of Multiple Resorts, St. Xavier’s College (Kolkata) and Knight Riders Sports Private Limited, in connection with the Rose Valley Group ponzi scam. The total attachment in the case now stands at Rs.4,750 crore.

The bank accounts of Multiple Resorts, St. Xavier’s College and Knight Riders Sports -- attached under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act -- have an overall balance of Rs.16.20 crore, the ED said.

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan, actor Juhi Chawla's husband Jay Mehta and Venkatesh Mysore are the directors of Knight Riders Sports.

It has also attached 24 acres of landed property at Ramnagar and Mahishdal in Purba Medinipur, one acre of landed property at Jyoti Basu Nagar and a hotel in West Bengal, besides a flat at Dilkap Chambers in Mumbai.

The ED probe is based on the FIRs and charge sheets filed by the West Bengal police against the Rose Valley Group of companies and others. It is alleged that the companies fraudulently collected deposits of more than Rs.17,520 crore from the public with the intention to cheat them by falsely promising high returns on their investment.

An amount of Rs.10,850 crore was repaid, but the remaining still remains outstanding. The group diverted and siphoned off the funds. It had “no real business” that could generate money for repayment.

Earlier, the ED had identified and attached properties having a tentative market value of about Rs.4,680 crore, which included several luxurious resorts, hotels, vehicles, flats, lands, bullion and jewellery.

It had arrested the group's promoter, Gautam Kundu, in March 2015. He is still in judicial custody.

This is NOT a sacrifice.
This is negligence of a mother who used her child for mercenary compunctions. Negligence of a community that used a little child for their political ends.
Don’t whitewash a tragedy that could have been avoided.
Shameful. Shameless.

India's undemocratic partition - instigated by Jinnah, accepted by Gandhi and the Congress Party, and midwifed by the British - was a traumatic, epoch-making event that vivisected the world's oldest civilization. It opened wounds that have never healed. Its effects reverberate to this day, in the form of "the idea of Pakistan" and calls for "Jinnah wali azaadi" in India.

Partition did not solve anything. The nation was broken up, and India still finds itself in a state of undeclared war with Pakistan over seven decades later. What caused Partition? What forces impelled it? Who were the principal actors? The answer is surprisingly complex.

In this talk, Abhijit Chavda shows how a sequence of seemingly unrelated events set in motion centuries ago in Arabia, Central Asia, and Turkey, eventually culminated in India's partition and the unspeakable violence and atrocities that accompanied it

It seems that AAP will go to any lengths to make sure that they win the election including creating fake scenarios to defame Hindus. What does constitute proof then? He has explicitly come out and stated that he is part of the aam admi party, with multiple photos on his phone showing his party credentials.

AAP was elected to bring a new voice for the people and yet they have turned out to be the biggest looters of tax payer money with Kejriwal and his freebies.
How many liquor licenses were granted during his time again?

Despicable actions to malign Hindus and then, claiming to chant the Chalisa.....ImageImageImage
