Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

Having lived in TN over a year I can say TN is more religious than Gulte lands at least. Perhaps the most religious than other states. Next may be UP. Paradoxically there is some serious brainwashing of people going on for decades. Now the new plan of BIF is Dalit/Dravidian-Periyari/Maoiest/EJ-peace...

I do not think it is a non-issue. It is part of EJ attack on BJP with an attempt to keep BJP out of TN and no one in TN join NDA.

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

The RJB judgement itself is huge in size. There is also a huge amount of evidence. SC has to examine both facts and legal position as this is the first appeal. It takes time to hear and decide the case. I am not sure our Judges have such time. I know for a fact that many attempts were made to get th...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

The Tajmahal (as per the records of that time) was built when there was a serious famine in the north India which went for 7 years. It is, in fact, doubtful ( as per some facisi fellows) that this was Tajmahal or Tejo Mandir, a Lord Shiva Temple. The drama of love etc between Mutaz and Shajahan (who...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

I was following up the posts for some time without posting. I wish to clarify certain things here, 1. No one hired RSS. It was banned more than once and was always careful in its message and mission. There are many other organizations within Sanghpariwar or inspired by Sangh that will to some "requi...

But it poses a serious issue. If there is a rape then parents of the girl are abating the rape by marrying her off. Should they not be arrested and punished in every such case? Further consent age for various things is different for some reason or another. Why there is a need for uniformity. Are you...

Progress can be incremental also and many times not in the areas in which we want. So far many areas of the work done by this admin were good. There are areas of concern also about which nothing was done. In the elections 99% time it is the best option that is to be selected among the options availa...

Yes. That is the best they can get. They could have made someone like Mr. Giri the MP from East Delhi at least. He seems to be a stable fellow. Still, I think BJP is better now than the times of Madan Lal Khurana etc.

Re: Freeing Hindu Devalaya from Govt control - initiatives and status

Except for the one condition. It seems that only Brahmins are eligible in this. That has to change now. In fact, we need to find a way to include all communities in the administration of the temples and bar anyone who has political connections - directly or indirectly. Further, need to involve peopl...

Re: The Great Indian Political Drama - Oct 2017

Delhi's BJP unit is a total write off. They too are freeloaders, riding on Modi wave. True that many across India have done the same, but each BJP leader in his/her capacity past that Modi wave, are creating their own space. However Delhi BJP is behaving like Nirmal Baba. They allowed 15 years of I...

We forget the 5star comment by NM and also NJAC constitutional amendment which SC annulled later. But the...

Even if we want to fight this is not the fight we can fight. We need to fight intelligently. Move to court by way of an SLP towards a ban on bringing of burning of sugar cane waste etc in North India and make them enforced stopping of the burning. See the fun of such ban. The burning is a more probl...
